Welcome and scope of the Law
We welcome you to our internal information system for reporting information obtained in a work-related or professional context with TITAN AVIATION HOLDING, S.L.; TITAN FIREFIGHTING COMPANY, S.L.; AVIATION TRADE EUROPE, S.L.; AERÓDROMO HUERTA, S.L.; AERONAUTICS SOLUTIONS EUROPE, S.L.; AVIACIÓN AGRÍCOLA DE LEVANTE, S.A; BOBIBA GESTIÓN PATRIMONIAL, S.L. (hereinafter, GRUPO TITAN). Through this system, you may report infringements of European Union law, as well as acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative infringement, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
How the reporting person can act
The internal channel of GRUPO TITAN allows information to be submitted in writing, verbally, or both. As a reporting person, you may choose to submit your report through the following channels:

- In person or by post: with the Head of the Internal Information System upon request of the reporting person, at the address: Carretera de Benafer s/n. CV 211 – Km 7. 12460 – Viver, Castellón.
Your communication should contain as much information as possible. You should not provide any personal data that is not relevant to the report.
When you submit information through any of the available channels, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your report within 7 calendar days from its receipt, unless this may compromise the confidentiality of the communication. Please note that if you submit your report by telephone from a landline number, it will be necessary to provide your email address or mobile phone number in order to receive the acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise, we will be unable to send you this confirmation.
How your report is handled
In the processing of communications submitted through this internal information system, the confidentiality of the data provided and the protection of reporting persons and any third parties involved are guaranteed at all times, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
Each communication will be automatically assigned a unique case number and the reporting person will receive an acknowledgement of receipt confirming submission.
In the case of anonymous reports, the system will display the acknowledgement of receipt on screen at that moment and will provide you with a key that you must keep, as only through it will you be able to access your communication, track the case, maintain communication with the person responsible for its management, provide additional information or respond to possible requests for information.
Once the communication is received, the person responsible for its management will carry out a preliminary analysis to determine whether it falls within the scope of the Internal Information System and whether it is appropriate to initiate an investigation.
Within a period of 3 months, extendable by a further 3 months in cases where necessary due to their particular complexity, you will receive information about the actions taken and, where appropriate, the outcome of the investigation.
Data protection
We inform you that the personal data you provide in your communication will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Anonymity
You may submit your communication completely anonymously through the web application. It is not mandatory to provide any personal information.
External reporting channels
It is also possible to report, either directly or following a prior communication through the corresponding internal channel of GRUPO TITAN, infringements of European Union law, as well as acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative infringement, included within the material scope of Law 2/2023, before the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers (AIPI), the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, and, where appropriate, institutions, bodies or agencies of the EU.
